regeneration begins within

The shift from extractive to regenerative ways of being and doing is underway. We are moving from a culture designed by, and for, the rugged individual toward a remembering of our place within a living, relational ecosystem.

What is regenerative? Great question.

According to biomimicry maven Janine Benyus, it is the way “life creates conditions conducive to life.”

What is your role?

It is to ask yourself, “what makes me come alive?”

Aliveness is the side hatch out of old ways of being and into new ways emerging. Less me, more we. Only together can we aim the infinite resources of our collective gifts and imagination in the direction of regeneration.

Shall we begin?

to an ecological mindset

We know that systems level culture change often happens below the surface of our conscious awareness. Culture is revealed, reinforced, and made manifest in the stories we tell (and pass down), the worldview we inhabit.

Burnout, for many, was/is the necessary gateway toward a shift in worldview. On the other side is often a redefining of success, connection to self, others, and nature, and the co-creation of a new collective story emerging.

“As we cease to be paralyzed by the fear-driven cycle of separation, scarcity and the struggle, for control and power, we will begin to unfold the potential of a compassionate, empathic and collaborative culture of creativity and shared abundance, driven by biophilia - our innate love for all life.”
